Yep, finally got out to the Robertson Country show after all these years of trying and, not that good. I thought it would be great but it was quite small. Surprisingly for a country community not that many country items in the show and the arvo tea wasn't all that special either. It was at least a nice day out. Should I go again???? Anyway, the Royal Easter show is on now so I may make it to that. www.eastershow.com.au.

If anyone knows of a relatively cheap, why are photo courses so friggin expensive, photo course that primarily deals with digital workflow, hopefully Aperture although I could be swayed to Lightroom, within a documentary/street and travel style of photography let me know. I'm relatively new to shooting digital photography and I just wonder sometimes how, especially photojournalists, get the photos to look the way that they do. I know some guys have aperture presets etc but it would be good to see it in action. Some nice travel pics from Iceland as well. www.krisatomic.com (there is also part 2 on the site).

Yet another great shop from Portland. How come Portland gets mentioned everywhere?? Still have to watch Portlandia as well. It's weird that it does pop up as a lot of my partners relatives are from Portland.
